Converting Wet Wipes has at its disposal 400 square meters fully assigned to laboratories and technical staff. In this room there are a microbiology laboratory, which is thoroughly operational since 2003, where products are analysed and tested before being shipped, and a chemical laboratory where background analysis are carried out to assure the quality of the raw materials used and of the end products. Thanks to its technological resources, the Company develops and tests itself all the ideas and projects that bring new products to light.

The Research and Development department can give shape to all the Customers’ needs, from chemical formulas to fabric technology, and can then attend to all the aspects of the production process, like marketing, competitors’ analysis and customer satisfaction, which are fundamental elements for market management.

This department is not only competent in following market developments, but is also able to create new ideas and technologies before the competitors, and this allows our products to be among the best on the market.It is also able to work in close interaction with customers when new products are to be created or improved, being in compliance with the EU law on cosmetics and meeting customers’ needs. Converting Wet Wipes is about to obtain ISO 9001 certification; thanks to the experienced ripened throughout these years, the production and the engineering departments have been in compliance with the guidelines from the GMP protocol on suppliers’ requirements, quality control and processes control and approval.
